Old Fashioned, es una colección de cinco canciones que refleja el caracter de la nueva formación de Gold & Colt, una formación más Country que apuesta por estructuras y sonidos más añejos. En este disco la banda plasma sus historias y sentimientos a través de un sonido americano de raíz, yendo al origen del género, pero ejecutándolo con manos actuales, manos que no tienen miedo a ensuciarse de barro mezclando arreglos de Jazz, Blues y Rock&Roll con estructuras de Country y letras furiosas.

En este álbum el oyente se encontrará con cortes melancólicos e intimistas como "My own shoes", otros más distendidos como "The pool" y temas más agresivos como "Not my place", pero todos forjados a partir de tierra, óxido y madera.
